Privacy Notice

On July 5, 2010, the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, with the purpose of protecting personal data held by individuals, in order to regulate their legitimate, controlled, and informed treatment, in order to guarantee the privacy and the right to informational self-determination of individuals.

In compliance with the above, EXAMPLE: GLISMX, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. and MIKE GIBSON (collectively referred to as “GLISMX”) with address at Av. Reforma #7, office 203, Col. Cd. Brisa, Naucalpan de Juárez, Edo. de Mex. C.P. 53280., hereby communicate the following:

I. Data and Purpose
The Personal Data that “GLISMX” may request are: Full name, date of birth, telephone numbers, email address, fiscal address, and home address; bank account information; RFC and CURP. This description is illustrative, not exhaustive.
The purpose of having your data is as follows:
(i) To carry out your hiring as a Provider, Service Provider, or Employee, and, if applicable, to continue the relationship established.
(ii) For the development of commercial relationships between “GLISMX” and its clients.
(iii) To carry out the recruitment and selection process for personnel.
(iv) Verification of data and information provided during the sales process, commercial management, recruitment, and selection.
(v) Formation of records for data control.
(vi) Verification of work and personal references.

II. Limitation on Use or Disclosure of Data
The data provided to “GLISMX” will be safeguarded and managed in accordance with the provisions of the “Law”, and, in this regard, we undertake to safeguard such information under the principles of loyalty and responsibility. The information obtained is protected through physical, technological, and administrative procedures in accordance with standards that safeguard the data as provided in the “Law”.

III. Data Transfer
Given that some activities related to our corporate purpose are not carried out directly by “GLISMX” but through external providers and/or clients and in some cases by agents, who carry out the processing of personal data, “GLISMX” may transfer personal data to national or foreign third parties. For this purpose, “GLISMX” undertakes to take the necessary actions to ensure compliance with the provisions of the “Law”.

IV. Means to Exercise “ARCO” Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition contained in the “Law”, in writing sent to the email address: mgibson@glismx.com.
The request to exercise the “ARCO” Rights or to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data must contain and be accompanied by the following: (i) the name, paternal and maternal surname of the Owner; (ii) their address and/or email address and/or any other means to communicate the response to their request; (iii) official documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the Owner; (iv) a clear and precise description of the Data regarding which one of the aforementioned rights is sought to be exercised; and (v) any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Owner’s Data.

V. Changes to the Privacy Notice
“GLISMX”
has the right to make any changes or modifications to the privacy notice. Such modifications can be consulted at: www.glismx.com.

VI. Authority
If you believe that your rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated, you have the right to appeal to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
